In a Health Care Directive, a person can set out their wishes concerning what the life prolonging treatment should be provided or withheld if they be come unable to communicate those wishes.  This document can enable patients to ensure their wishes overriding a doctor’s general duty.

Paul Houser, Jr. has been preparing Health Care Directives for clients for 30 years.  The Health Care Directive form used has been modified throughout the years, to make it clear and understandable, to make sure a client’s wishes are carried out.
